Here is your News release - nothing about any significant updates from DML drilling or PEA - just more games from DML

This news release is from DML - of course it is fair for DML share holders (if is may more then fair for them) - it is a win remember.  From the perspective of DML - yes - it is fair and the merger should go through - for FCU shareholders this is a loss and note who the release is from. 

We don't have the perspective from the FCU side.  These people could not say - it is fair for the FCU share holder.

This is a very carefullt worded statement which in my opinion is very misleading.  Notice no similar release from FCU.

This meeting on Tuesday will be a victory party to make it look like this is a done deal - and they will promote the one sided victory of the DML shareholder vote and this DML fairness opnion to get the strong FCU no vote to change sides.  Desperate times call for desperate measures.
