Folks,

skip the BS banter of Quakes et al and read page numbers 48, 49 and 59 of the Fission Notice of Special Meeting Document.

Pg 48 - an "implied value" - would you sell your home for an an "implied" value ?  What is an implied value ?  It is ill defined and subject to interpretation.

Pg 49 - good will statements of why Mergco is good.  Nothing uniquely created here by merging only hopes and lets all hold hands and sing.  You can buy mining expertise, Canada has lots of it.  Ohhh I forgot Denison has part ownership  of a mill - which is located hundreds of kilometers away - and undoubtedly tuned to processing different ore. Wow that is convincing, oh they have a low ton high grade depsit that is in a difficult setting - that bodes well for making money in what Dev repeatedly says is a tough U mining market.

Pg 59- Dev and Ross get paid $1.27 million dollars each for cooking this terrible deal and other Fission employees get paid $1 million each.

If I was getting paid twice (once for regular work and again for convincing others ) I would recommend it to.

If this deal goes thru the new millionaires can be reached (rather won't be answering their phones) in the Grand Cayman Islands.

I am real glad Lukas showed up in Toronto and spent more of our money to tell us his ego is on the line if we do not vote for him.

Fission (Dev & Ross) how about updating the economic report and stop the soap opera promo...I know used car saleman that are embarrassed by this performance.
