RE:Vote No

RE:Vote NoYou need to get on phone and call computershare fisrt thing and get your control number and vote on line.  If computershare does not have your control number your brokerage proxy department will have it.

It is concerning that they delayed getting out voting material to retail shareholders.

With respect to:
Management Appointees with discretionary authority to vote as they see fit in respect of amendments or variations that may come up at the meeting.

I hope that this does notmean that if DML updates (amneds) its offer to 1.27 at the meeting that management can vote all shares in favor???  Would not surprise me however

I was wondering when I would get a notice in the mail for voting on this merger.  I have not received it.  It is to my understanding that I have until Friday.  If someone can direct me on how to vote, I would appreciate it.
