RE:RE:A Message from FCU OverSight : KingsdaleComplaint already made to BCSC - however issues as to fairness and corporate governance issues are civil matters that falls outside of their sphere of influence.  If yes vot somehow wins - I think that would be the next step having lawyers fight this as it needs to go to the courts for approval - G5 is te guy to talk to about this but shareholders need to step up and contribute if a legal battle is needed
