The meeting on the 14th provides an opportunity for people to vote in person.


I agree the voting will continue, however, if sufficient "No" votes were cast via phone or email to kill the deal, an announcement would have been made early as it would be material. In that circumstance, the meeting would also be cancelled. FCU management and FCU board know the vote tally to date, so obviously the "No" vote is not large enough to kill the deal. Will sufficient additional "No" votes show up in person to kill the deal? I would like to be proven wrong, but I suspect not.........
