We have never spoken and I enjoy your posts btw.

Please take the time to read my full post again.  In brackets (or the price drastically increases) I should have said  prior but thought that was obvious.  Also price being stock price if there was confusion.

I have no idea what a proper take out price is but i know it wont come in prior to a RE (end of 2017 meaning we are working with 2018 as prior) and Im figuring its over 2.00 (thats my minimum guess post updated RE but would probably be higher).

I can not see management approving anything lower, and I cant see a buyer going to their shareholders and justifying a 350% plus  premium on a company.  I have never seen one but there is always a first. 

Its managements call on a buyout with the CGN 20% vote backing until January 2019 and then CGN can vote independantly on what it perceives is in its best interests.
