NexGen's Rook I (Arrow) #Uranium mine project is running into delays due to a large number of unresolved issues with its Federal Environmental Assessment (EA) process. Delays in bringing on new supply are bullish for #U3O8 prices and other U #stocks & mildly bearish for $NXE on mine & mill construction delays and potentially higher costs.

DYK that next-door neighbour Fission Uranium
$FCU's PLS (Triple R) mine project is exempt from completing a Federal EA review? This time-saving exemption should allow Triple R to receive its construction permit faster & cheaper than Arrow!

Developing the
#AthabascaBasin's only large ultra-high-grade #Uranium deposit right near the surface, Fission is likely to begin first production before its peers NexGen $NXE & Denison $DML due to its major time-saving advantages:

Triple R's record-breaking ultra-high-grade ore starts just 50m below surface, so it can be easily accessed through a decline ramp allowing trucks to easily drive heavy equipment in and mined Uranium out of the shallow underground mine instead of having to be slung thru restrictive deep narrow vertical shafts. This will save a lot of time and money in ramping up production to full capacity ASAP.

Mine construction is much simpler than the major mine engineering requirements of its peers, which should allow Fission to complete its Triple R mine construction phase far quicker than its peers.

IMHO, Fission $FCU is now positioned to pass its Athabasca Basin peers in the region's mine development race as it swings into the home stretch, ready to surprise the market who really don't yet realize its many speedy advantages.

As always, do your own research and invest your hard-earned money accordingly.
