What happened here?

I've been watching this ticker from the sidelines since IPO. Was this stock like one of these functional schemes loaded with cheap paper? Just a business that failed quickly due to lack of need or poor competitive prospects? Or what? -- would really be interested to know the basic story here.

A drop from $18 to 0.31 is... a big one.

Their program which consisted of providing free equipment and software to grow customers didn't have the conversion numbers it required to turn the cashflow positive. Basically, they have a good tech but they can't generate enough revenue out of their tech to cover their costs.
