I just dont get how the valuation is such that you get all the midstream assets for 750m to 1b and teh qhole market cap and e&p business for free, assuming debt serviced and paid by the e&p.... they bought petrominerales for 1.2bm who had 500mil in ocensa pipeline running to gulf... this valuation is very weird... getting a lot here....
