ANSWER:

Without knowing anything else from dissenting shareholder groups regarding a competing offer (if they have one), they had better hope the deal goes through irrespective of their NO vote, otherwise they'll be sucking gas from a dry well insofar as their irrational exhuberance for a better offer will evaporate like so many etheral vapours.
