In the meeting today PRE management made it clear today that a No vote means 3 to 5 years of managing the debt. No growth, no dividend, means no reason to be invested. You may disagree with management, but they are the management you are invested in. Time to take the $6.50 and invest elsewhere. Sure if oil goes back to $100 in the next year PRE is likely fine, but so will be many other possible investments.

I don't see a O'Hara deal coming. They pretty much said no deal in their last news release, stating the $100M as an excuse. All they have done in their new releases is summarized complaints obvious to most investors. They haven't offered a different valuation of the company, nor a plan for going forward.
