Pantin and others have to GO.

Pantin and others have to GO.
The fact is he and others on the board didn't follow procedure for a proper sale of the company. O'Hara is right....handed over to Alfa and Harbour. I bought in under $6.50... if that's what the company is worth (low ball estimate), then we will hover back up to that mark when the dust settles. But PRE is worth more. O'Hara may not have a plan and deservedly so because they don't want to buy the company....but so what. They are a sharholder just like us.   ISS has spoken and validated the offer that Alfa/Harbour is not curent to the actual market price of PRE.... and that management will get in on the new company at $6.50.....yet the rest of us won't.  That's not right.  Voted NO.

If Alfa/Harbour were more honorable in their dealings they would have upped the offer accordingly. As for Pantin and a few others on the board, they need to be shown the door. They can't be trusted to protect all shareholders. They clearly care only about their pockets.
