Well kcac1 I was going to buy oyl this morning and was greeted with a 14% sp drop. Now I'm confused. Usually when an operator has something in the works the patch quickly catches wind of it because contracts have to be signed, design work set in motion so word quickly leaks out. I expected both oyl and fec sp to start moving up but only fec's is. What is going on? Any ideas? Anybody?
