RE:RE:The Catalyst Capital Portfolio

RE:RE:The Catalyst Capital PortfolioWell, they bought PRE/FEC for pennies on the dollar using other people money. In the PRE deal was already a very large block of CGX shares PRE purchased in 2012. So, using other peoples $ Catalayst completely controls both FEC and CGX. If you read this link, it appears they paid $500mm for PRE. I totally agree that de Alba, who has complete control over both companies has little time to property manage any of the companies that he is Chair of,  as he is streached far to thin and now opened his own sister firm in the states mimicing Catalyst's business model, but appears to have no links to Newton Glassman, his Catalyst partner who seems to be the guy that has constantly brought bad press and litigation.

I am just looking for the combined sell out price of all of FEC's assets which includes most of CGX to be sold by Catalyst for substantially more than $500mm, which is not much less than the current market cap (U$).
