Catalyst Cashing Out?

Catalyst Cashing Out?This reads to me that de Alba is moving out on his own and that Catalyst is in the process of monetizing the investments in its past funds (i.e. FEC) and has no plans to fundraise to start new funds. However, de Alba now has the backing ot two Billionaires and more in starting his privately owned U.S. Fund. He must have done something right, to gain the trust of these very wealthly guys. Hopefully, he can have time to at least assist in properly montetizing FEC in the not too distant future, meaning within months.
