FrankFor a stock that trades roughly 40,000 shares a day on both the Canadian and 40,000 on the US side ,the average volume is app 276,000 shares..Reason they traded over 16 million shares in 3 days over Easter weekend..I tried looking on Canadian insider for transactions but they only give you 10 entries then you need to subscribe.. The last 10 entries were small excecise of rights..1000 share 500shares etc.I think to fill up the display and all April 16..If you or someone else has access to previous  trades..I have a feeling Catalyst may have been behind the sale of those 16 million shares ..possibly to a potential  buyer of Fec and Cgx...just a hunch. How do you explain 3 days trading 16 million shares...These guys Can Not be trusted....
