RE:RE:RE:RE:Am I effed?

RE:RE:RE:RE:Am I effed?I think you are missing the point, I am very aware of explorers need to raise capital, the timing here is the issue, They JUST got what 25 mil for selling the silver stream to First Majestic, and in an interview with Keith Neumeyer sp? a couple weeks ago he said they did this to among other things reduce the need for FF to dilute thier shares and that this was enough cash to fund the company for the short term forseeable future, this was one of the reasons I chose to invest here.If they have an immediate need for the money then OK, we will see shortly, I would think there is a significant need for cash to fund the cap ex for  building out the Goldlund deposit, drill programs at another project, etc....

my issue is that they could easily have waited to allow the SP to appreciate, and it feels like the little investor is given the shaft in the form of a higher share count, and less shares of Treasury.... the timing is very suspect. They should have waited for the deal with Treasury to complete at the very least... Of course they have deep pockets offering them cash, 30% below market will do that.

I still have confidence there is untapped value here, FR buying the silver stream gives me confidence the permit for Spingpole is going to happen shortly...I become more cautious when I feel the management is hoarding cash for no good reason, holdiing with a cautious eye on an exit, is not the way you want your investors to be, I hope they can justify this move with an explanation soon or I will be working my way to the exit also.
