Nice buy zoneWith the recent hike in the distribution payout to preferreds, from .05625 to .06458, the yield now is about 8.2% at the last trade of 9.46.
But the kicker is if you keep these for  2 years, you can redeem them for the original price of 10$ in December of 2024 . SO a capital gain on top of guaranteed 8 % + buying them here.
