It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Its investment objectives with respect to preferred shares are to provide holders of preferred shares with cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of over 5.5% annually and to pay the holders of the preferred shares a certain price per preferred share on or about the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to class A shares are to provide holders of class A shares with regular monthly cash distributions and to permit holders to participate in all growth in the net asset value of the Company for a specific price per unit, by paying holders on or about the termination date such amounts as remain in the Company after paying a specific price per preferred share. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Termination DateTks Rainham. The ann't I meant was the one where the issuer has already mentioned that they are proposing to extend FTN. And they will hold a meeting to get shareholders' vote on this. Correct me if this news is not accurate. I picked this up from the FTN Bullboard.

If I am right in the above about FTN, then since FTN's Termination Date is at Dec 1st, 2015, then the proposal for extension is way longer than the stated one year in the prospectus. Or are we saying here that the prospectuses of FTN and FFN are different in terms of when the ann't for proposal of extension is needed to be made respectively for each issue ?
