What is the riskest, lowest grade, "meh" international operation that NU/APH has? I would say it is also Lesotho.
Nothing wrong with trying it out, but if its your FIRST and only international deal do you really think its the best starting point? Do you really think a competant managment team would have arrived at this decision? Also youre delisional if you think its worth $10m.
Quality control is gonna be a nightmate, especially for a company branding themselves as the premium option, thats if it even meets Health Canada's standards.
