CriteriaI share you reservation regarding the RS MD, the market is finally warming up to this stock, and I mean slowly, I believe the news of a RS would send the stock plummeting at this stage.
The company finally has traction, which I believe is a great sign of things to come. Great news have been released, and a lot more to come between now and Q3.
The company should be able to strongly grow organically until late fall, at which time they could assess if a RS is necessary, but with the company entering the oil market, the facility at full operation in the near future, I believe this company should be in the top 5 entering 2020.
I re entered with a small position, due to the NR's, and monitoring. If the market is still reacting to the stock in a positive way near Q3, I'll definetely consider increasing my position.
Looking promising, but I believe it is still fragile, the next few months should be interesting.
