RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Packaging restraints

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Packaging restraintsAgreed Trans and this will take some time to evolve, up until ~6mos ago FIRE was selling B2B with little to no exposure except for the med clientele and at minimal production. The LPs selling in the rec market from the jump have been getting all the exposure and along with that the product/brand loyalty.

Beena/team understand this and she has plenty of direct experience in this area and what will need to be done to correct it where necessary....when folks are paying north of $14-15gm they want to know what they are buying and most of the 'grass' consumers are diven solely by price will continue on their diet of grass with others keeping a Haze or two for a treat now and again.

Beena will have H&F setting up the retail outlets and as the exposure grows the exposure and sales will pick up online exponentially. Haze takes a back seat few if any, Blissco Green Kush and Cold Creek Kush are top shelf product as well with the rest of the FIREmenu well above average....she is going to expand the quality of the menu with the Craft Collectives and KK yet to hit the shelf.

With all the right sizing and other issues out there for most of the sector and FIRE right sized, little to no cap ex spending, cash flow positive in the near term therejust isn't a better story going forward, JMHO...Opt

The store I frequent is in Burlington - the only advertising in the store is for 7acres product - google images for relm burlington - massive wall signage!  The budtenders say they can never order enough supply to meet demand - even though product seems most always available on the OCS website - no idea why.

Consumers, especially those who are wanting to try new products, walking into a store is the best way to have them expereince 7acres.  The signage, product placement, and the recommendation of a budtender will maximize expore to the brand and product experience.

On a website like the OCS, you lose all that.  There is no "shelf space" and all products, regardless of how amazing or a piece of sh1t that it is, have equal chance of being displayed on the screen and being purchased.  New users don't know where to start, or thsoe trying to explore new products don't have any guidance except to just click around the website and hoping they stumble across 7acres.

Now the OCS sometimes on the home page shows products and wondering how they select which product/brand to show.  Do they get paid by companies for that homepage space?  What helps Supreme alot now is their 7Acres brand is now on the home page amongst the most popular brand.  I assume this occures based on search criteria rankings.  Great to see 7Acres on the board as that shows people are searching specificaly for that brand.

But it's great to see retailers dedicating shelf space and promoting their products and creating some good longterm loyal customers.
