There is a ton of reasons and data... all listed on public filings. Tho, I admit, they are trying their best to fix the wrongs of past. All at the cost of the share holder and the share structure. As I said before, I expect at least a 10 for 1 split coming down the pipe. Its the only way this will ever move. I havent been wrong to date with this company. Still, jmo
Stop the bleeding , show growth and fiscal responsibility and then raise. Get stock to 35c ( no easy feat) ; 5- 1 RS =$1.75 SP , 100m share float , issue 50m shares at 1.50 ....raise 75m .... New float 150m shares. ( done jan/feb)
