The release is jan 9 and it's 58mil shares - 
of which according to fillings MMCap owns 45mil of those shares. 

Only 13 million of those shares will hit the market. 

I own some of those 13mil shares - and I'm probably not selling - so maybe less so will actually be sold. 

But with the current volume - 2 days could eat that. 

I wouldn't be concerned. It's about revenues and financials right now. That's it. 

rec increase will be significant q1- we are about to find out how much. 

Trans - big sell there for sure at close - but someone was there willing and able to buy it. 

whose been scouping up these millions of shares that have been moving - it's definitely not retail buying. 

who puts an iceberg buy order to accumulate...... 

things change - but starts with healthy financials and some revenue growth.
