Again with top and middle tier proven company, I only expect financials with the odd NR, but with a penny stock they need to be relevant to the market, when a company keeps on missing opportunities to ride waves, many times very good companies with great fundamentals are left behind.
I don't believe it would be detrimental to provide a general idea what their future goals are. Are they a lifetime penny stock, if their pursuing mid tier, how are they planning on getting there.
retail investors won't commit to this company unless they're provided solid information while conducting their DD. With this company's track record everyone is waiting for the next few quarters to see if they can deliver, and institutional investors are doing the same. I believe this affect market share, market cap and the anemic SP. IMHO
again if you're happy with the last 18 months results, I'm happy for you. The restructuring and realigning excuses are also getting old, every company had to do the same, and somehow a number of them are flourishing.
Good management team overcomes obstacles, are relevant and bring value to shareholders. IMHO
