Trans, I completely agree with you. IF IF IF, there isn't something that they are immediately in need of the cash for, it would have been much nicer to see this raise done after the Q2 report. If Q2 is anticipated as being a strong quarter. This leads me to believe 1 of two things:

A) Q2 is not going to be as good as we all hope

B) that Beena is working on something now that cannot be released until finalized

i keep reading about the prospect of US expansion/M&A. In my opinion, we are nowhere near that point where we can even think of that. I have curaleaf also, and the differences between those two are extreme. No MSO would touch a tiny company like FIRE (I hope I am wrong obviously). Also, until the US legalizes on a federal level, to my knowledge, we cannot send product south anyway. Again, just my two cents but we can't look to the US until we reach our growing capacities here. 


Hopefully Beena is going to put a nice little deal together prior to a strong Q2 release. Then we will all be much happier than we are today
