reverse split

I just came across news of FIRE doing a reverse split. Can't beleive I just found out about it. Does any one know when this is suppose to happen????

the vote ends tomorrow..... i suspect we will hear about the outcome on the 10th during their AGM. There is no specified time frame when they are looking to do so.... but yes.... many of us are shocked and head scratching

just means , if you have 30k shares & the SP is $1.50 ($45k invested)and they do a 3:1 reverse split, then you'd have 10k shares and the SP would be $4.50 ( still $45k invested). The company would have less outstnding shares, consolidated. They already did one way back 2014/15?  and have grown very well.
