Major discrepancy

As per the quarterly report:

During the quarter, 7ACRES’ facility was approved for 90,000 sqft of additional production capacity, increasing annual capacity from 13,300kg to 26,250kg.

So we opened the quarter with 13,300kg per year. Which, if FIRE sells each gram at $5 equates to $66,500,000 annually. Which equals $16,625,000 quarterly.

Right from the horses mouth, this quarter should have been a minimum of $16,625,000 BEFORE the additional capacity increase.

This doesn’t even include inventory from last quarter.

There had to have been a catastrophic crop failure at 7acres. How else can they justify selling only half of the capacity stated at the beginning of the quarter??

Management needs to answer for this.

You’re right. The numbers don’t add up. Their revenue isn’t keeping up with their production capacity increase. Either they lost crops, or they’re only selling a fraction of their product with unsold product sitting in inventory getting stale and old. They aren’t able to push all of their product this additional rooms coming online is wasted effort if they don’t have the market to sell to.

It must be crop loss. If not, they could’ve dumped their product to many LPs at $4/gram wholesale. This company is shrouded in lies. Inventory says it all.

Another possibility is their annual capacity rates based on their footprint is flawed and needs re-evaluation as if they didn't have a crop loss (which signs do point to a significant crop loss), they are definetley not producing as much as they say they can per square foot.

They did mention crop loss previously Trans, it is possible/probable there was more since and there is the genetics research, what kind of assets are involved in that work?....the genetics side of the company is expected to be huge so any funds/ assets invested there are definately not a loss but won't show up in the sales either and product in the vault would show as inventory. There doesn ...more

You two done circle jerking each other off?  There is no conspiracy of withholding information numb nuts, you just don’t have any clue how to tie in crop cycles to revenue.  As for the rest of you limp noodles on here, trying to pass it off that you would know how to run a company as massive as Supreme better than the CEO currently in place, it’s laughable at best.  Some of you can ...more

You're putting your head in the sand ignoring the fact that the numbers DO NOT ADD UP! There is something wrong with the revenue they made as it's significantly short of their potential based on their own capacity run rates as defined by them, and the amount that was reported in inventory.  Simply put, they are short without any explanation by the company. Something wrong with ...more

Good for you Fruitcake, when Supreme resembles anything "Football", I'll make sure to call you up for your opinion... Until then, this is not your fantasy football team lol... I lost more brain cells replying to this post then Mike Tyson did his whole fighting career...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you are referring to Price-to-Sales ratios as opposed to Price-to-Earnings, given that none of the big LPs are profitable. If FIRE were able to achieve $60M in annual revenues, it would trade at 10 times sales. That's a relatively high valuation for an agricultural commodity that is likely to come under significant margin pressure as the LPs build ...more

No, you're right it is price to sales, but the math I did is the same for all Canadian LP's(since none of them are profitable right now) when comparing them to one another.  I good number to take a look at for this Q3-report and everyone should be paying close attention to, is the cost of running the operation at 7Acres as they are now running their payroll at full capacity. Jan  ...more

It takes a whole quarter just to grow and process the weed from the previously announce quarter. Around 3 months to grow, 2 weeks to dry 1-2 weeks to trim/package then you've got to get it analyzed at the lab. THEN you can start selling it. It's not an over night process. It's unlikely crop failures but it's the time it takes to get crops out the door. The new grow rooms approved ...more

That's right James, you're the first person to actually think that through fully, and the time it takes for products to fly out the door is on the upper side of your analysis.  Premium Cannabis takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks to properly cure, and this is after the 2 weeks it take to dry.  Add in some time to trim these moon rock looking buds by hand, lab test, and you'll see ...more

13,300kg annual online BEFORE Q2. Ignore the increase in capacity to 26,000kg that quarter. That crop is growing and failing as we speak. Go look at earnings and inventory at Q1. Do the math and report back. Im sure you’ll turn agree with me.

Goober, relax with the personal attacks. Try to pretend you’re better than that. To address your point of not being able to run this company... I guarantee if I ran this company it would’ve been sold already for $1.5bn + and my share holders would’ve been handsomely rewarded. It’s been run far too conservatively and now revenue is running at about 40% of capacity.  Growing weed to scale is ...more

Thanks Monkeybaby, appreciate your information as is.  You're betting against the market, where as I'm betting against the majority of the market, with Supreme being the acceptation since they are the only ones not trying to be "low margin farmer".  I am going to also surmise that if Supreme did get an offer on a napkin over lunch, whoever it was that got rejected, went ...more

Look how rattled you are gooby. Relax. You went off on a tangent again and I have no idea what your point was after all of that. We get it. You love supreme and they can do no wrong. Moving on
