John, I was wondering if you could shed some light on the reasoning behind the acquisition of Bayfield Strategy? Most cannabis companies retain independent communication strategy firms or simply hire a chief communication officer. Why did Supreme decide to acquire Bayfield? Would it not have been more cost effective to hire people instead of acquiring a communication firm?

Looking forward to John's answer on why Supreme bought his buddies company. John's a lawyer right lol, need I say more. Supreme Cannabis to acquire communications and stakeholder relations firm. Bayfield CEO Riyaz Lalani to assume Chief Corporate Officer role of the Company. The acquisition is being pursued to allow the Company to accelerate strategic priorities, bolster communications ...more
