BNN Fire

Was watching BNN, they reported CIBC's take on Fire stating that guidance offered by Fire might not be in line with actual numbers and that JF and Nav's departure could be linked to guidance...
Looking at TSX Money you can see that CIBC is a buyer again today... WTF.

Should management respond to this shot across the bow?

just because it says cibc is a buyer doesn't mean it's cibc actually buying the shares but rather someone with a cibc brokerage account buying the shares

It's crazy, right Leo?  Unfortunately people fall for it too, the analysts are working for the same banks trying to make money off the stocks you own by faking left and going right.  I wish it was common place to call these types of egregious activities out by the companies they are targeting, but I've never known it to happen.  Should they, yes, is it common place, not even ...more
