Cannabis

Come on really a 600% jump in sales in the largest province in canada in march and almost every cannabis stock is down what the he__ does that tell you. The shorts have to be not allowed to short anymore they are destroying this fine industry and we the people (Investors) will be the one's who suffer stop it now.

On top of the massive earnings from aphria a day earlier.  aphria really threw some water on the fire by retracting guidance and saying there is uncertainty with covid.... obviously though right?  canopy also announced more restructuring today and a 800mil charge. more lay-offs.  To be honest BC - there just isnt the institutional investment in the sector to hold some value to ...more

Agreed joh FIRE is postioned the best in the sector, APHA has issues to deal with while better than most they have a ways to go yet of which is the story pretty well sector wide. If they don't get the NA businesses open again and soon the ones that do open will open in a depression....most of the MJ sector will be struggling to right size, suvive in a reasonablly healthy economy. This has to be by design BC, the MMs have to be right sizing the valuations in the sector due to the weakness in the sector with the strongest like ACB etc having a long way to go yet in order to survive. Add the inept roll out on the government side pretty well country wide. FIRE is just starting to generate the sales that will command lift in the SP but there is still plenty of pain to come in ...more
