Is it possible

that FIre will trading at .145 in 90 days when Q2 is announced??
Comment by Munny23 on Nov 18, 2020 9:57am
Unless there is some catalyst until then, this stock will trade sideways it seems.

...well you have Biden coming in...that could make a difference....mind you someone will be running trough the halls of the White house screaming "I am an adult now, when did that happen.how do I make it stop?...guess who that might be?....maintain

Ignore the white noise of yesterday - you have short term traders seeing a decent result and day trading, looking for a quick buck and sell off end of day.  sprinkled in there were real investors.  there were more questions on the call from bmo and canacorrd as the operator messed up.  - 2mil positive ebita for q2 is the covenant on the bank debt. 10m positive ebitda should = minimum of 150m market cap as long as assets = liabilities. 15x. (That does not factor in growth...or lack of growth for that matter) ....the problem i have at the moment is any big fund will just but ATM to not move the SP quote=johnale] Ignore the white noise of yesterday - you have short term traders seeing a decent result and day trading, looking for a quick buck ...more

ATM was on full for October - but Craig said it's not on full tilt now.  selective, and price conscious.  Also won't affect insider buying.  they expect the trading will improve this week- fwiw.
Comment by bever64 on Nov 18, 2020 2:23pm
"Selective and price conscious" is typical IR JARGON meaning completely open to interpretation. They were willing to sell 3,000,000 shares at .145 in oct knowing full well Q1 results. There seems to never be enough cash and safety for these companies which makes sense for self preservation. Based on the Q results.and cash position of the company there does not seem to be a need for the ...more

Ya your right about the Ir jargon.  But I'm sure BMO forced them into October selling - make sure they keep a nice cushion.  either way - you make a compelling value case here -  bmo forecasting they hit their covenants - hopefully with some margin? 2.5 mil ebita in q - 10mil annualized and 15x ebita purports at 150mil valuation.  that's double from here ...more

The current CEO keeps on mentioning right sizing, cost efficient etc, which are necessary components for success, but at the moment shareholders don't know what the right sizing means. They initially projected 50,000 kg yearly, then down sized it to 33,000 I believe I would have to verify an IR response I received some time ago, and at the moment they seem to be stuck at 10-11 million. We all ...more

I agree with your post Pedal and the objective view you demonstrate as that's the only way to disect what is happening here. I didn't quote your entire post, but qutoe the last segment which I believe is inaccurate. If you do the math, they sold 3,508kg of product in Q1.  Assuming no increase in sales, that's a 14k kg per year company.  With modest growth, call it 20% QoQ ...more

Thanks for the correction, greatly appreciated. Busy with the Covid life at the moment, not much time to dedicate on this.  I see a lot of positive, but it's a chess game for the current CEO at the moment. Every move is calculated, and the timing is crucial IMO. She had to strip many layers, and it takes time to build that solid foundation.  I believe once shareholders have the ...more

So BMO would want them to sell through ATM, but was OK to unlock the restricted cash?
Comment by StayInvested on Nov 18, 2020 3:28pm
Yes, because the unlock was for the purposes of repayment.
Comment by Method on Nov 18, 2020 3:54pm
it's logically consistent.

The more ATM, the better for the converts. The longer the converts trade below conversion value, the less that will be outstanding which is also good for the converts.

HI Johnale,  you mentioned 'they expect the trading will improve this week - fwiw'. By reading their tea leaves what do you think they meant by that?   The asks are continually being filled and dropping down to meet the bid every day.... 1.6 M shares on the ask at .15 - .16, there seems to be an endless supply of shares holding this down at .14/.15 , going to need several 10M + share traded days to move this up even just a bit
Comment by theTransporter on Nov 19, 2020 9:54am
Funny thing is that only represents about $248k worth of buying to take that out.  As I mentioned before, a company like WEED see that value exchange hands every 2 minutes on a regular trading day.  On a typical day WEED trades more than Supreme's entire maket cap. Supreme just needs to give a solid reason to bring that type of buying volume here.

He was saying that they are circling back to analysts, and new analysts - and they continue to try and sell their story to investors.  they are in a better position now that they are ebita positive and are on a positive trajectory with revenues and earnings. thank you as always.  they certainly have their work cut out for them to garner interest with this stock. to se no lift with significatn volume as of late is a hard pill to swallow.  Again being on a positive trajectory certainly changes their value prop but looks like the market still needs to see more.

Where are you seeing those further questions that weren't on the original call? Those last four points were all mentioned on the extended call?
Comment by johnale on Nov 18, 2020 12:06pm
Yes some were questions analysts had after the call and answers - and some were my questions.
Comment by RealistGhost21 on Nov 18, 2020 12:30pm
The answers is YES... also lower price To be expected. IMO, it is still way overvalued.
