RE:New CEOYuck is right. Definitely some complacency and arrogance that somehow they could ride the sector wave without being fully prudent on operational and project governance. Product and infrastructure are there, better management with recovery and turnaround experience will inherit a situation which is more than repairable and they will get very attractive and motivating options at levels like this.
