RE:Q & A with Beena Goldenberg FIREThis is very good stuff joh, exactly what I was hoping to hear....she is right on target and flexible in the finding the right balance but with the focus on quality at all times, listening to the consumer and providing what they want. Viola...ufnny how you maximize your sales when you provide the consumer what they want? I see H&F are an asset she will gain much from.
Get smart about your market, what your customer wants and charge them at the most optimum rate and everybody is happy and will be be back for more... you build what they want and they will come.
We are customers and she will focus on ROI for the customer loyalty and many of the rest on the outside will be wanting in,we all win...it will be interesting to see how stock options are handled.
Good to see she will be moving forward with the team, seems to see value and if they can put a winner together maybe most stay together. Have heard many times the folks at FIRE are are very loyal to the company and "the plant" and there is nothing that can beat a loyal to the cause/company group of folks....this will be a plus all round as the folks of value wouldn't have been staying just to fail may end up there for a long time.
Things will be changing and for the better, sounds like we have most all the pieces and it is finally time to spin up a few Haze. a few Kush with ample cab/sauv and watch the FIREstory unfold. JMHO....Opt
