The store I frequent is in Burlington - the only advertising in the store is for 7acres product - google images for relm burlington - massive wall signage! The budtenders say they can never order enough supply to meet demand - even though product seems most always available on the OCS website - no idea why.
JMHO that packaging could be an issue. I think the raw materials supply is there, I think demand is there. They have not been able to turn the lights on a 100K square foot packaging plant as of yet.
