Agreed!  They DO have the ability to cancel the ATM.  Them not doing so does more damage to the stock price.  Them claiming they have no control is a pure farse.  

What is more worrisome is they are more than likely leaving it open as they believe they need more cash than they currently have.  There is absolutely NO OTHER REASON to have this ATM open.
