RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Buyout @ .25Maybe. They probably had to get permission from the LPs to own more than 10% of equity and have to get back under within a certain amount of time. We'll see what happens. I think the price performance is impressive in the context.

seems more like they just want out of the equity. And hold the convertibles.

36.5% of their position will make 8% cash for 5yrs and 11.06% in additional debs for 3yrs. Almost 20%/yr. 

It's a great return, but they aren't exactly breaking even. Given the haircut they are taking on the equity side - 

So do we have 54mil shares to go now??
