seems more like they just want out of the equity. And hold the convertibles.

36.5% of their position will make 8% cash for 5yrs and 11.06% in additional debs for 3yrs. Almost 20%/yr.
It's a great return, but they aren't exactly breaking even. Given the haircut they are taking on the equity side -
