Why is this not a good deal?
Short answer: Why is it?
Supreme was/is in a near positive EPS mode. They are selling their products out while building a favourable name with consumers. They have minimal supply on hand as in nothing to be wriitten off. Tweed is a mess. Tweed continues to close facilities laying people off while doing everything they can to try and stop lossing hundreds of millions a quarter. Supreme has since rightsized their operations, are growing at a scaled level, provide a consistent quality product whereas Tweed can't. These two companies are on opposite ends of a quality spectrum if you ask me. One is about to make a real profit and the other is still whimsically dreams of such....
