RE:RE:New Interview with Beena on Canopy DealNobody is questioning why WEED purcahased FIRE. The issue here is for the amount that Beena let this go for. She fu.cked everyone by accepting a $435M valuation. She fu.cked up everyone by helping manipulate the price to keep it supressed to be able to get away with that valuation. She fu.cked up everyone by unecessarily raising $90M in cash and diluting the fu.ck out of the sharecount to help manipulate the price down, and to get enough shares from institutions in the know fo this deal to approve the vote through.
This deal stinks and they didn't even try and hide it.
