RE:RE:FACT: When Fowler Sold
Opt slow down on the greens!
- Bankruptcy with Supreme was in the rearview mirror
- Cash on hand sufficient to pay existing liabilities plus a loaded ATM ready for 30 million more
- net loss continues to get to net gain via efficiencies implemented from February 2020 till now
- Supreme no longer exists if/once deal goes through - stop cheering for what won't exist.
- Supreme acquisition will immediately turn Tweed a profit but how much are they losing? Supreme grow capacity is not sufficient to lift Tweed out of the dumpster. They have to buy more but who????
- How many people will stop buying 7 Acres once it is Tweed? IDK the answer but cannabis consumers can be just as stubborn as any group. People think millenials are bad? Piss off a bunch of fun loving people and you'll see where cancel culture comes from.
- 7 Acres recreationally was available 2018/2019 - They had plenty of time to get their act together. Mangement sucks product amazing.
- I do not agree with the value we are getting at the moment. 2 cents more then when the deal was announced is not a premium. It's one days worth of movement at times.
- Supreme shareholders w/o options/bonus/new role in Tweed are getting shafted.
