RE:RE:RE:FACT: When Fowler Sold

RE:RE:RE:FACT: When Fowler SoldThere is nobody that has supported company more than I have rr, along with many others maybe including you at some point...and I am still supporting them in this deal the more I am seeing and i am seeing the talk of focussing on SH value being backed by action.

It is more common than not the SHs get shafted. and while I have no doubt that many will do very well here as well, that a serf  like me is going to survive and thrive, but with more time invested.than expected ...I also see that the post deal share count is scary, but your investment is there, and the shares are worth $25-$30.00/share. Seeing hundreds of thousands evolve into a few thousand, definatly has an impact.

There is going to be more people exposed to 7acres herb than you ever dreamt just look at the locations across Canada today...they are going to need more facilities very soon, this company is going to be big, very big. They are going to give Beena a much larger team as we start shelving product stateside...and they are going to have to be constantly improving quality and new high quality products and there is no shortcut to premium quality.

We are not getting what we would like but it is still top dollar for the operation today, the win is in the future and there is no better place to be for our invested green than in WEED at this time, as they are just starting to go global in a very serious way, so the lower the WEED conversion SP the better and faster that growth in SP.

Anyway I can't change anything and to be honest it is going to be a load off just to get rid of the uncertainty, we could have ended up going the other way very easily...this could even be the "Amazon" of cannabis in the making, as CGC seems to be seriously going for #1 globally and they/we have a shot because we are in on the ground floor, Canadian legalization will have started it all for a legit global cannabis marketplace. JMHO...Opt

Opt slow down on the greens!

1- Bankruptcy with Supreme was in the rearview mirror
2- Cash on hand sufficient to pay existing liabilities plus a loaded ATM ready for 30 million more
3- net loss continues to get to net gain via efficiencies implemented from February 2020 till now
4- Supreme no longer exists if/once deal goes through - stop cheering for what won't exist.
5- Supreme acquisition will immediately turn Tweed a profit but how much are they losing? Supreme grow capacity is not sufficient to lift Tweed out of the dumpster. They have to buy more but who????
6- How many people will stop buying 7 Acres once it is Tweed? IDK the answer but cannabis consumers can be just as stubborn as any group. People think millenials are bad? Piss off a bunch of fun loving people and you'll see where cancel culture comes from.
7- 7 Acres recreationally was available 2018/2019 - They had plenty of time to get their act together. Mangement sucks product amazing.
8- I do not agree with the value we are getting at the moment. 2 cents more then when the deal was announced is not a premium. It's one days worth of movement at times.
9- Supreme shareholders w/o options/bonus/new role in Tweed are getting shafted.
