RE:see yaHate to break it to you and other people on here crying in their beer, but the fact that you lost money on this stock does not mean they did anything illegal. This deal was cookie cutter standard and deals like this happen every day and twice on Sundays. This is how capitalism and capital markets in particular work. If it was illegal, then there would be action taken against the parties involved. There will be legal action, but it will just be the standard ambulance chasing lawyers that will settle out of court for a pittance. Because they won't win if they go all the way through the courts, and they know that. But it is cheaper to pay them to go away.
