Bill C-45 Vote Tomorrow

I”m to the understanding of any bill being passed tomorrow excluding any potential amendments will be technically law upon the senate vote. So provided Bill C-45 is approved Then legalization for consumer consumption and retail sales is technically legal. However the government will have time to implement the procedure. A possible historic event for the population of Canada and related business. I will be watching the whole thing unfold and the vote on the Bill has to take place by 11:59 p.m.June 7 2018. Any information related to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
