7acres work culture

I'm a bit concerned about the environment at the Tiverton facility. Recent employee reviews on Indeed are quite negative and although you expect the unhappy ones to be the ones who post, the descriptions ring true to a company who's senior management team are in a Toronto ivory tower office. Anyone have insight into the working culture there?

i think we have gone through this multiple times.... it is more likely for an unhappy ex employee to go on and rip the company up then those that enjoy working there. If you look at every single other LP... heck any company you will find negative comments. I think this is par course for any large company with many employees. How are we even verifying that this was actual employee.  Could have just as easily been a disgruntled shareholder.  I mean, Im' the King of England!, but on my spare time (which is a lot these days) these days, I like to communicate on completely ananymous stockboards.  One person does a naughty review and this @Couverie dude feels he needs to post it on their bullboard.   ...more

Fair enough, we don't have definitive knowledge about the source of the reviews. And I'm long on this stock and have a significant amount of shares so I'm not out to bash it. But I also have a lot of experience assisting organizations operate more effectively and it all begins with creating a healthy work culture. This supports business success, which supports share price increases ...more

..right on Jack...thee are way too many "Supreme Prophets"..that preach doom and gloom. ..This company for better or worse is doing everything right. It costs heavy dollars to play by the rules...you all remember CanTruss with their illegal grow rooms...funneling the weed out the back door...then look at the recent bust worth millions that was channeling medical pot to the BM. my daughter has friends there they love it.. great work environment. treated with respect .. opprotunities for advancement if you want to take the initiative.. .. thing everyone needs to remember there are far more bad employees then one may think. if they dont follow procedures which we want for quality.. they dont show up for work which we need . or many other things.. they may be written up or ...more
