Operationally they are apparently doing very well, and ebita positive covenants are for current quarter.  sector sucks and no one wants to invest, vultures circle.  It's a discount buy when things turn.  question is.... how much longer.

johnale the pattern over the last 3 weeks makes no sense....on huge sector rally days the stock stays flat...if things were "healthy" then i think the stock would follow the sector...i think insiders know something...maybe wholesale sales fell off, maybe financing coming, maybe consolidation...maybe a rollback; im guessing beena and mgmt are not too thrilled with their share count ...more

In my opinion, johnale is also trying to refer to this as being cyclical, which clearly it's not and a fundamental problem which I have mentioned numerous times prior. 60+ million is not a discount when their are LPs with little to no debt trading well below 10mil market cap.

I've asked some pretty pointed questions.  - they don't need cash, and they don't care about promotion. They want their operations to speak for themselves they've changed their model to producing to demand which will allow them to become profitable.  bottom line is right now no investors are buying their story and/or don't believe them.  a lot of people ...more
