RE: Again Fine Print Bothers Me I too was bothered by the 'at the meeting' phrase. Does that mean that democracy is only available to shareholders who can attend a 'meeting'?
On another point, I feel that Deon would be loathe to go back to AngloGold and Gold One and ask them for twice as much money as he'd settled for less than 3 weeks ago. Therefore he should resign along with any other board member who agreed with those two horrendous deals.
I've said it before, we only need one good deal but I could live with two good deals. What we're being offered is abysmal.
