Vote "AGAINST" the offers.
Vote "AGAINST" the people who said FIU would be cash flow positive in 2011 and would have $30MM positive cash balance in March 2012.....while at the same time.....talking out of the other side of their mouths.....were knowingly arranging a back-room discount deal with their friends.
Vote "against" the people who assessed FIU in excess of $700MM and supposedly changed their minds several months later (for a price) to almost 1/2 the value.
Vote "against" the people who are using our money to hire boiler rooms to call us at home and hound us to vote for the deals.
The end does look near, the majority of the ballots have been cast and Deon and Hick know it. It's too late for them to react.
The phone calls and invasion of privacy are to people who have already voted "against".
