My response would be thisWho the heck knows who is doign what with this stock.  Is it management? they are the ones who came out with that NR about being in very dire financial straights the day after the certification announcement and killed waht appeared to be the footings for a fairly strong ralley.. Is it the MM's?  what do they have to gain from lowering the SP
