Royalties arent adequately valued by PE because it takes years before their streamers and royatlies come online. Mining Analysts know this, and still recommend Royalty companies like Silver Wheaton, Franco, Sandstorm, ect. Royalty per share, NAV per share and the like are more rational methods buy which to value Royalties, and informed investors know this.
