RE:RE:What ...?

RE:RE:What ...?Panama... ?! Canal drying up(nature !!). Minig and exploration will (dry up)* as well(man ?).
What might it be that is behind the change? Benifits for the population and country or, for the top layer of burocrates and politicians? It is common to read about the top layer being forced out or, forced into some agenda because other layer feels that it is their turn at the money and POWER. It is like that ALL OVER.  Africa(andotherplaces) is VERY BAD, just got back from a visit to three countries. I worked there some time ago, have family in differente areas of continent, so the stories keep coming. From the stories, and what one reads, to my feet on the ground... !? ... I mean, unbelievable. Life at the top and life at the bottom are worlds apart. Corruption fills the gap. The greens and, all of us for that matter, should preach their(the green's) message to all, but in special to the big corporations that just exploit and plunder without regards for people or environment - as per population saying it and what I saw(ten miles or more of 30ton trucks full of coal 24/7 lined on the road waiting to unload - according to locals to Asia), well, the use of coal? but the mess that these trucks and drivers generate? Heaps of tiers being burned daily, oil just disposed on the ground, Cement plants operating in the middle of the jungle leaving the conopy of the threes white with dust, water waterways with a black sludge flowing that resemble I don't know what... The governments are squarely at fault because they are corrupt. ONLY when the psycology of the masses is changed progress will take place. From what I saw there, the general population just gave up. They know that they cannot change the power of the money behind the guns. Many told me that they understand that the power and the money lives outside the continent. So, Panama and to some extent, other South American countries are better than Africa but IMO, more open to geopolitical influences and global pressures. Who knows who and what behind these moves????? Just me.
